Titanium Alloy Hip Joint

3D ACT Series Breakthrough: Achieving innovative breakthroughs in personalized medical solutions, these components in Trabecular Titanium are built via advanced Electron Beam Melting (EBM) technology. This process uses a high-energy focused beam to melt metallic powders layer by layer, creating structures unattainable by traditional methods. There is no interface between the bulk structure and the porous surface, overcoming traditional coating limitations.

The regular, three-dimensional, hexagonal cell structure imitates trabecular bone morphology. It features a high open porosity (80%) and a mean pore diameter of 800 μm, facilitating cell migration, vascularization, and new bone formation.
