Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification for our orthopedic implants and instruments.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers need smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we have stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
