This solar ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to maximum wind speed, snow load, and solar panel specifications. Ensuring high strength, installation efficiency, and low labor costs, the system provides an exceptionally long service life. Available foundations include ground screws and cement piers.
The GM4 double column system supports both ground bolt and piling column options. Piling columns offer higher strength, while ground screw posts allow for precise height adjustments.
1. Installing Ground Screws: Anchor the support structure using specialized equipment. Depth depends on soil type to ensure system stability.
2. Install the Beams: Connect the diagonal support poles to the top using high-strength bolts and nuts.
3. Installing Rails: Attach the solar panel support rails to the beams using brackets. Ensure the rails are perfectly level.
4. Installing Solar Panels: Fasten the panels securely to the rails using specialized mounting hardware.
