We typically accept a 30% deposit via T/T after order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the bill of lading or via L/C. Our primary shipping port is Shanghai, China.

The normal production lead time is between 15 to 25 days after the deposit is received, depending on the order volume.
What kind of after-sales service and warranty do you provide?
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt. During this period, we provide free spare parts and technical guidance. Beyond the warranty, we continue to offer technical support and spare parts at cost.
