Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon specific request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO 13485 system certification and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We generally expect minimum orders of at least US$500. However, we offer smaller sample orders for market testing. Free samples can be provided, though the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Certainly. You can send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products which are produced monthly. Inventory levels depend on sales conditions, so please check with our sales team for accurate information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
