Blutree Orthopedic Implants
The global orthopedic market is witnessing an unprecedented evolution, with Cancellous Screws standing at the forefront of trauma and reconstructive surgery. Designed specifically for fixation in metaphysical and epiphyseal bone, these screws feature coarse threads that provide superior purchase in spongy bone. As a leading manufacturer in China, we recognize that the demand for high-precision implants is no longer just about mechanical strength; it is about biological compatibility and surgical efficiency.
Current global commercial trends indicate a significant shift toward Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS). This shift has necessitated the development of cannulated cancellous screws, which allow for percutaneous placement over a guide wire, reducing patient recovery time and surgical complications. Our factory integrates advanced CNC machining with aerospace-grade Titanium alloys (Ti6Al4V ELI) to meet these rigorous international standards.
Supplying Tier-1 hospitals and trauma centers across 160+ countries with CE-certified orthopedic solutions.
Continuous investment in surface treatment technologies like anodic oxidation to enhance osseointegration.
Utilizing high-speed Swiss-type lathes to ensure thread tolerances within microns for perfect surgical fit.
For global procurement officers and medical distributors, the decision to partner with a Chinese manufacturer is driven by three pillars: Quality, Scalability, and Cost-Effectiveness. Since our inception in 1999, we have transitioned from being a local player to a global orthopedic powerhouse. Our production facility is equipped with ISO 13485 compliant cleanrooms and advanced quality control systems that rival European and American standards.
Supply Chain Resilience: In an era of global uncertainty, our integrated supply chain ensures that we maintain a consistent output of cancellous screws, pedicle screws, and maxillofacial plates. We offer OEM and ODM services for over 100 partners, tailoring screw lengths, thread pitches, and head designs to meet specific regional clinical requirements.
The industry is moving toward "Smart Implants." While we already produce high-grade PEEK and Titanium implants, our R&D team is exploring bio-absorbable materials that eliminate the need for secondary removal surgeries. Furthermore, the integration of 3D printing for custom patient-specific implants is becoming a standard in complex maxillofacial and trauma cases.
Localized application scenarios vary: from high-altitude trauma centers in the Andes requiring robust stainless steel sets to advanced European clinics preferring lightweight, non-magnetic titanium for MRI compatibility. We provide the full spectrum of solutions to cater to these diverse medical landscapes.
Founded in 1999, the company is one of the earliest enterprises in China engaged in the research and development of orthopedic implants, and has now become one of the leading companies in the industry, with products exported overseas.

Cancellous screws are primarily manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) or 316L Stainless Steel. Titanium offers better biocompatibility and a lower modulus of elasticity, which reduces stress shielding. Stainless steel, however, is often preferred for its higher stiffness and cost-benefit ratio in certain trauma applications. As a premier exporter, we provide both options, ensuring all materials are sourced from certified medical-grade suppliers.
Modern orthopedic surgery demands speed and precision. Our screws feature self-tapping tips, which eliminate the need for pre-tapping in most cancellous bone structures. This reduces surgical time and minimizes thermal damage to the bone tissue. The deep thread profile is optimized to maximize surface area contact, providing high pull-out strength in osteoporotic bone.
Purchasing medical devices from China requires strict adherence to international standards. Our factory maintains ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications. Each batch of cancellous screws undergoes rigorous testing, including fatigue testing, torque testing, and surface analysis, ensuring that they meet or exceed ASTM and ISO standards for surgical implants.
In North America and Europe, the focus is on cannulated headless compression screws for small bone fractures. In contrast, emerging markets often require comprehensive large fragment sets for high-energy trauma cases. Our portfolio covers the entire spectrum, from 1.5mm micro-screws for maxillofacial repair to 7.3mm large cannulated screws for femoral neck fractures.
With over two decades of experience, we are not just a manufacturer; we are a strategic partner in the global healthcare supply chain, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through engineering excellence.
